Utmost it is clean. The shower preesure would give anyone the best bath. At the same time, the shower head is installed very low. There are shortcomings - the wifi is too weak to connect. The microwave didn't work (room 12). I stayed just for shower/sleep so none of shortcomings matter. I would definitely stay again.

Staff was VERY friendly, probably the friendliest I have ever dealt with when I have checked into a hotel over the past 38 years of traveling. The rooms is rustic and quaint. we would stay there again if we ever return to Arco.
