The staff were extremely nice. The bathroom needs new flooring, toilet was leaking at bottom. I wasn’t able to get toilet last in the night. I did sleep good. All in all wasn’t a bad experience, I will stay again!

Other red roofs were clean, this one is nasty. There's hair and dirt in sink, shower and the bed. There was no signs of house cleaners. The shower is to dirty to even stand in to shower. The whole floor it self was nasty and my feet got so dirty just walking around in the room. On top of all that one of the nights I had paid for, a person came walking in my room at 1030 at night because the hotel double booked the room I was staying in. This is my worst experience of any hotel by far.

If you like a million dead bugs on the floor, a live one running across the dresser, and one under the pillow this would be your number one place. I refused the first room, the second one wasn't any better. When I told the guy about the bedbugs, he actually said, "that not bedbug, that is roach". Dead serious. No running water in the sink, faucet didn't work. Missing moldings around the floor board and under the sink, the shower was disgusting, It was so late and I was so tired, I kept my clothes on and slept on top of the bed and told myself as soon as I wake up - I'm out of here. 5am, I was gone. Worst hotel experience of my entire life. I just can't believe all the dead bugs on the floor. I threw my socks away when I got home.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious. It was a good room for the money and I would stay there again if given the opportunity.

The first problem upon arriving the room that I booked was not available they said they were going to give me an upgrade and not charge me anything extra for the room upon answering the room it was no upgrade if anything had downgrade and when I went to use the restroom there was feces standing in the toilets and the trash cans hadn't even been emptied upon further inspection there was blood on the walls and it was in the middle of the night I fell asleep should I deal with in the morning and on the morning I opened the microwave to warm up my coffee and it was filled with maggots and the stench was overpowering if a health inspector was to witnesses they would shut down the entire Red roof they said they were going to give me a refund

I wasn't expecting much but for the price the room was a good value. Breakfast was kinda small and only decaf coffee in room. But I would stay again. Front desk was very polite.

Ice machine broken and they didn’t even care. Floors turned soles of feet black so dirty. Advertisement breakfast ,in 11 days all they had was coffee. No house keepers and when they did show up said I’ll be back later but never came. Someone stole food and money from the room. None recovered. Cracks around tiles in bathroom lined with dirt. Horrible service

I gave this a chance because of some good reviews and the price. It was a horrible mistake. Please listen: 1. Hair in bathtub and so much dust and public hair around the edge, it hadn't been cleaned for days. 2. No toilet paper or tv remote. 3. After we got a remote, dish network wouldn't work so no TV. 3. Microwave didn't work. 4. Floor was so dirty my feet turned brown on the bottom. 5. Lamps didn't work. 6. It was the smallest toilet I'd ever seen. I'm a short lady, and the low squatting was so strange. If your elderly, you'd get stuck down there. 7. No soap or shampoo.

Beds were surprisingly super comfortable, which was very appreciated after a long road trip day. Unfortunately the rest of the stay was a little rough. Our non-smoking room smelled heavily like cigarettes, there was no toilet paper when we got in, and we even found a toenail on the bathroom floor which definitely wasn’t on our travel bingo card. Staff was polite, but housekeeping could use some attention.
