“Parking was good”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The check in process was very smooth and hassle free. The space was well furnished and clean. It also had everything you would need for your stay. There’s a washer and dryer which is very convenient as well as an air fryer and toaster. The location is also very much ideal for anyone who works at Howard University as it is a short walk away. The host was very polite, accommodating, understanding and responsive. Any concerns I had was addressed in a timely manner. I would……

“Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay.”

“This rental space is well-maintained with an upgraded bathroom and a luxuriously large bed for sleeping. I did not try out the sleeper sofas but they appeared to be in fine condition. There is a small hotel-size fridge and microwave, with basic utensils for travelers who plan to eat most meals elsewhere, or microwave meals. Do pay attention to the details of additional expenses. The base advertised cost doesn't cover cleaning and parking fees,”
