Nearby Tawas City has good shopping, biking and hiking near the Lighthouse. The hosts were very responsive when contacted and it is clear that they take great care of and pride in their home.”

“Communication regarding our stay was great. The bungalow is clean and cozy. We stayed two days off season (November) and the neighborhood was quiet. There is only one piece of feedback - the bungalow is pet friendly and although we have indoor cats and 3 dogs, I was not pleased by the amount of long white animal hair on the blanket on the downstair bed. If it wasn't for being needed (bedroom heat comes from fireplace im living room) I would have tossed it onto the floor. I suggested to owners……

“It was beautiful...inside and out. Comfortable seating, comfortable sleeping, good eating areas, the remodeled kitchen was great...all of the remodels were great! The dishes, cookware and appliances provided, made food prep easy. And clean up was a cinch with the new dishwasher. The sandy beach was pristine and we enjoyed relaxing on the beach looking out across Lake Huron...so breathtaking. It was the perfect setting for our family get together. Thank you.”
