Maison bien pensée

C'est une maison bien agréable à vivre en hiver donc en été avec sa véranda et sa terrasse près de la piscine, ça doit être super ! Elle est près des commerces et l'on peut aller en centre ville à pied.

zeer leuke villa nabij Andernos-les-Bains ; Cap Ferret

zeer genoten van deze comfortable villa in Arès. Nabij Andernos-les-Bains & Cap Ferret. Arcachon alsook Bordeaux op uurtje rijden. Leuk onthaal door de conciërge die ons alle info gaf die ook nog eens overzichtelijk terug te vinden is in een infomap. De villa is ruim en gezellig ingericht, mooie kamers met zeer goede bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken, een toffe veranda voor bij minder weer en een zeer ruime mooie tuin met buitenkeuken. Het achterpoortje geeft uit op een fietsroute (een vroegere spoorweg). Gelegen in een rustige wijk met veel groen.

Superbe séjour

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour - on se sent vite comme chez soi à la Villa Goya ! Les extérieurs sont superbes entre la piscine, le terrain de pétanque et la cuisine extérieure. L'intérieur n'est pas en reste avec un salon cosy avec le grand canapé et des chambres confort. Logement idéalement placé - moins de 5min des supermarchés et 20min du Cap Ferret. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir !

Maison spacieuse de plein pieds, climatisation super efficace avec les grosses chaleurs, piscine bien agréable, coin plancha sympa manque de tasses pour le café et de couverts pratiques mais cela ne nous a pas gâché nos vacances
