Two-room Plus in the city center with private parking

Located in a strategic position and equipped with video-monitored private parking, this two-room apartment is just a short walk from the historic center of Arezzo and the train station. The apartment is the ideal accommodation for families with children, groups of friends and couples on vacation. The A1 motorway and the Arezzo Polo Fiere e Congressi are easily reachable in a few minutes by car, as is the Tuscan Surgical Center. The San Donato Hospital and the San Giuseppe Hospital Clinic with the San Giuseppe nursing home are less than 20 minutes away on foot.
The apartment has: flat screen TV, telephone, independent air conditioning and heating, fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom with bathtub. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited. Pets are welcome here for free.
