Besides a one day problem with the water - everything was clean, tidy, well organized - perfect! The host is very friendly and well willing to help if needed. The villa is a wonderful place to stay. The pool is very clean and was cleaned every evening. It is an authentic Italian villa. Closeby there is a perfect pizzeria ( reservation is needed). To go short.....a perfect place to stay

Das Haus ist herrschaftlich und elegant ausgestattet. Das schönste Haus für so eine grosse Gruppe, dass wir je gemietet haben. Abgesehen von den vielen verschiedenen Möglichkeiten die man direkt am Haus und in der Umgebung hat, kann man auch sehr gut Städte in der Toskana und auch in Umbrien besichtigen. Ein Tipp von uns ist es nach Gubbio zu fahren. Es ist zwar etwas weiter und kurviger, aber die kleine Stadt ist ganz besonders schön und im Simmer werden in dem kleinen Amphie-Theater in dem Park vor der Altstadt Konzerte aufgeführt, was wunderschön ist.

Very good residence for a big group of friends who want to relax and stay together in wonderful surroundings. We cooked together and used the barbecue very day. The housekeeping during our stay was fantastic. Thank you for ospitility.

Wir hatten einen super Herbsturlaub in der Villa Cuculo; besser konnten wir es nicht treffen. Die Gegend ist einfach unglaublich schön, aber auch das Haus ist so toll und so gut ausgestattet, dass eine Woche Urlaub hier definitiv zu wenig ist um sowohl die Städte zu besichtigen, als auch die Möglichkeiten am Haus auszuschöpfen, wie Tennis und Billard zu spielen: hier kann man regelrechte Turniere veranstalten und das werden wir ganz gezielt in unserem nächsten Urlaub hier planen! Außerdem gibt es gute Restaurants in der Nähe.
