「有歷史的飯店，飯店有小酒吧很方便，距離熱鬧市區和火車站近，交通方便 但無熱水壺等配備，泡茶泡咖啡較不方便」

「Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set. Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked. Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it. The walk from the garage is all uphill and with luggage took us about 12 minutes. When we went to leave the garage we had to pay 25 euros. The garage attendant told us to get the 10 euro refund from the hotel. I have emailed proprietor several times asking for a refund but have never received a response. ...

「Great place to stay, felt rustic yet upscale. The location put you within a 45 minute drive of many Tuscan sights and towns. The restaurant offered some of the best dinners we had in Italy with a true farm to table experience. The staff were extremely helpful with suggestions for the area」
