Overview
Villa Kleopatra is located in Argaka, Paphos District. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 9 people (8 Adults and 1 Child) with 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms.
There is a private pool (South-West Facing) with barbecue. Walking
distance to the Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

Villa Kleopatra is a two-storey villa situated in pleasantly landscaped
surroundings. Outside is a private pool, sheltered dining area,
pergola, and outdoor cooking facilities. On the ground floor is an
open-plan dining/living area and kitchen, bedroom (with double bed),
and a shared bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms (one with
double bed, the others with two single beds). All bedrooms have ensuite
and balcony access.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Kleopatra has 4 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed.

The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There
is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 15 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Heel fijn huis met een prima ligging

Het huis ligt vrij, en dichtbij het (kiezel)strand. Een hee goede supermarkt is op 10 minuten in Polis te vinden. Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer opgeruimd en schoon. De eigenaar verwelkomde is met een verse taart en het zwembad werd zeer regelmatig schoongemaakt. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en dus echt een aanrader!
