“What an awesome time!! The property was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were very well kept. I was able to swim in Lake Como. The water was cold but it was so hot it turned out to be very refreshing. The hosts were amazing and they always answered the phone and got back to us if we had any questions. The inside was very nice, balcony was beautiful. Crazy views! We will be back maybe when it’s cold this time. ”

“Villa Marena was absolutely perfect for our family. The house is beautiful and charming, perched on a hill overlooking the lake. It is filled with rosemary bushes, grape vines, and fruit trees. Our children barely wanted to leave the property because they were so happy exploring the yard and feeding the ponies up on the hill. It is outside the crowds of Bellagio and feels like a private oasis. Zero complaints. ”

“Es war alles super. Die Begrüßung war super. Sehr freundlich. Es gab sogar einen selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Ein wunderbarer Ausblick von der Terrasse auf den See. ”

Super Verdunklung in den Schlafzimmer, gute Betten.Auch die Lage des Hauses in ideal für Ausflüge richtung Italien, Lugano, Morcote, Gandria...In der Nähe hat es schöne, einfache Badeplätze am See...Wir haben es gnossen und würden es wieder buchen.”

“Our stay at the Greenhouse Villa was perfect to say the least. The house was incredible, beautifully decorated, exactly as described. There was plenty of room for my family of seven. The grounds were gorgeous with so much family history. Paolina was the perfect host, she helped us plan a pizza party on the property along with her very own gelato quiz. It was the perfect evening. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future. The Smith……

“Einfach nur traumhaft schön! Super toller Ausblick!! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und kann sogar auf Deutsch antworten. Eine Filterkaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Wenn man mit mehr als 6 Personen übernachten will, schlafen die restlichen Gäste in einem anderen Gebäudeteil unterhalb des Hauses. Dort gibt es ein Doppelbett mit Bad & Dusche. Ideal für 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang vom Haus zum See. Hier sind Wasserschuhe wegen der Steine empfehlenswert. Ideal für……

“Wir waren auch dieses Jahr wieder für unseren Urlaub in der Villa Moiacchina. Auch dieses Jahr war, bis auf das Wetter, alles wunderbar. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich. Es bleibt kein Wunsch offen und wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ach, und wir freuen uns bereits jetzt auf unseren Sommerurlaub 2026 in der Villa Moiacchina. “The villa is beautiful and the views fromthe property are outstanding. The villa was very clean. We just had a few small scorpions but that is to be expected in that area. Be aware there is no A/C in the two guest bedrooms but if you leave the doors open they will stay cool. The town of Colico about 5 mins away is really cute with wonderful restaurants by the water. The property has a washing machine which was great but no iron so we had to take some clothes to the dry cleaners. Good……
