「Front desk staff is friendly but a bit inflexible in providing early check-in. We have a case with the transport company but the front desk staff just helped to explain in English to us, without really helping in resolving. 「首先要稱讚一下酒店的接駁車很準時，兩位司機都親切、有禮。如果你是從Teminal 1到達的，沿著指示走到Parking G，是一個公共的停車場，接著走到Parking G外的大馬路邊，很容易就會找到車身上寫著酒店名稱的接駁車。另外，酒店的環境也很優雅，房間有特色及情調，睡床很舒適。酒店的其他員工都很樂於助人，感覺很良好。而且可以免費使用酒店的健身及Spa(包括桑拿、水池、暖床。還有蒸氣室，但我去的時候剛好待維修)所以在酒店住宿期間感覺很放鬆，是一次非常好的住宿經驗。」
