"The staff there was so friendly and helpful. Very understanding with our young crazy family. My kids loved the waterpark and hotel stay and Christmas activities. We will definitely be back!
The room was modest, could be a little tidier and maybe get some updates but accommodated us well! Again we loved our time there!"

"Y the staff is kind and very accommodating. I am a travel nurse and I get out of work at 7:30 AM. Therefore I need to check in earlier than most people. The staff was very kind to accommodate me with this situation which was very appreciated. This building is older, but it’s kept extremely clean. The atmosphere is comfortable and lively."

"Very clean room, staff were great! I couldn’t help but instantly notice the check in area wasn’t the first thing you saw when entering the hotel. There was a beautiful seating area with TVs and great pictures of Saratoga. Made it so inviting and quaint. Will happily book again!!"
