Large, comfortable agricultural estate "Azienda Agricola Forzello", surrounded by trees and fields. In the hamlet San Basilio 5 km from the centre of Ariano nel Polesine, 30 km from the centre of Rosolina Mare, 82 km from the centre of Venezia, in a quiet, sunny position, 31 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 45 ha, garden (not fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool kidney-shaped fenced (90 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 10.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 50 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 7 km, sandy beach "Rosolina Mare" 31 km, thermal baths "Abano e Montegrotto Terme" 72 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
3-room house 120 m2, on the ground floor. Spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2020, comfortable and stylish furnishings: large living room with satellite TV. Nettes Haus in ruhiger idyllischer Lage
Das Haus ist relativ groß. Es liegt in einem idyllischen Garten. Die große überdachte Terasse ist ein Traum. Hier kann man sich auch bein nicht so schönem Wetter aufhalten. Auf dem Anwesen befindet sich auch ein Pool, der benutzt werden kann. Dieser befindet sich bei dem Hotel (ca. 100m entfernt). Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche übrig.
