「Booked room with hot tub, was not very clean. Disappointed because we wanted to use it but a little uneasy about it. Room was very clean and balcony as well. Staff was AMAZING helped us with so much and very responsive via what’s app. Made us feel so welcome!」

「We stayed in a very wonderful guesthouse. The place is historic and area is walkable to most places you want to go. Marco the owner greeted us and showed us around and even offered to drive us to some attractions because we came by train. Amenities were great, house was very clean and safe. We only stayed 2 nites but enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great at the place but there are lots of restaurants around the area.. Marco was very friendly and easy to talk to so we felt very welcome. ...

「Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely...
