"Everything was generally clean, house is fantastic and location & views absolutely beautiful. I have to say supplies were far below expectations. Paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent all inadequate for our short stay. Aside from this, a great place and I would return. "

"The casita and grounds were impeccable! We had everything we needed. The yard was beautifully maintained and we enjoyed spending time outside just as much as we did exploring the surrounding area. The views were incredible and the proximity to the mountains was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. Thank you Dave and Ro!"

"David is a great host with attention as needed. The guest house has a really nice set of kitchen utensils and items for cooking or baking. Well suppplied. We chose the location to be close to hiking and we spent our time in Sabino Canyon, Agua Caliente Park, Tucson Botanical Gardens and some nice restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Above and beyond with this well equipped home. Quality and clean throughout. Kitchen well stocked, beds were comfortable, bathrooms very nice, backyard was excellent for morning coffee/breakfast, and all the way to star gazing at night. View of the mountains was great and private, hummingbirds were active throughout the day. Many details so nice, from extra charger cords to a pair of binoculars to use. Katherine came through when we asked for two folding chairs we used for an outing. Excellent host and nice quiet neighborhood for nice morning walks. A car is necessary from this neighborhood but it is so worth it to stay in this setting. Do not hesitate to stay here."

"Booked 5 days back in December. Arrived on day of check-in and did not have access to get in. Contacted property manager multiple times, no response. Contacted VRBO, on hold for 20 minutes, talked to someone for 10 minutes, back on hold for another 40 minutes. All in all I tried to resolve for 2 hours standing in the driveway. By this time it was 9:30pm. VRBO called me back to tell me they cancelled my reservation because they could not get in touch with the property manager.I heard back from property manager, the response was, "...was at band practice with a dead cell phone" followed up with "What a bummer deal sorry about that". They did offer 50% discount on a future stay. No thank you."

"We had a great stay. The views are amazing and the space was comfortable. We were shocked when we arrived the property at the extremely steep driveway. The pictures don't show just how steep it is. Also access to the pool was a little odd and not depicted on the photos. "
