「They are doing construction here and they have not announced it, either online or when you check in. The first two days it started at 9am on the dot and the second day was still going at 6:30pm when I left to ogo to a meeting. When I complained to the staff that I was paying over $200 a night and couldn’t even work in my room during the day (it was too loud to have a Zoom meeting), the person behind the front desk said they didn’t have to announce it if the construction was during “business...

「Convenient parking. Helpful staff. Lobby smelled like smoke and was unpleasant. Hallway on 2nd floor also smelled musty and smoky. Our 2nd floor room had sticky tile floors and carpet which was stained and not vacuumed. There was no breakfast available as had been noted on website (staff said that ended around Covid time). The toilet seat was broken and there were bugs in the bathroom. The cookware in the kitchen was less than adequate to prepare meals, and there was no dish soap with which...

I arrived at 1:30am to NC I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is listed on Expedia. The first impression was so bad that we didn’t even feel comfortable getting out of the...
