「Our family had 4 rooms for our large family that were there for an occasion in the area. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They served a hot and cold breakfast that was 5 stars! Free local newspaper, coffee, and water served all day, along with chocolate chip cookies. My only complaints is the rooms were humid, and it felt like the rugs damp.」

Half of the equipment was broke - from gym equipment, phone system (none of the phones work including the emergency phone in the gym) to the ice machines. Water pressure was poor. One ice machine worked on level one, I checked all the other levels looking for ice and all of them were broken. 「I liked that it was a place for us to stay while we went to Busch gardens and Virginia Beach. I didn't like the roaches crawling over the one bed. I didn't like that everything looked broken inside and the mattresses were futon mattresses pretty much. The air conditioning in our room at least had alot of water cycling inside and not alot of cold air coming out of it til we lowered it to damn near sub zero temps.」
