「The condo was very clean and the views were great. We were able to park directly in front of the condo for ease of access and unloading and loading for our stay. The pool area was clean and the dock has benches to sit on to enjoy quality time by the water. We will be back again!!」

「Thank you, everything was great!」

「The place was very clean. The host was quick to reply to our messages. The location is close to one of the tram stops, which we took advantage of to get into town during the day. Walking into town only took about 10 minutes. It was also located near a quaint park that was a short distance away.」

「The location was nice. Everyone located around us was friendly. The view of the water was wonderful. The description given in the listening was completely accurate. It is a little difficult to get into the parking lot if having to turn left, as it is a busy road. And the busy roadway does affect the peacefulness of the setting to a certain extent. Overall for us and our pup, it was a great getaway to Hot Springs!」

「Condo and condo complex was very quiet, location is right on lake, with great lake views. Very close to downtown. No issues with condo, would stay in condo again.」

「Really enjoyed our stay here. The view of the lake is amazing. Mr. Ken is a lovely host. He gave great recommendations of places to visit while we were here. He responded very quickly to all of our questions. The kitchen was stocked very nicely. The drinks in the fridge and farm fresh eggs were a lovely bonus. His place is very warm and welcoming. We will definitely book with him again.」

「Very nice spacious condo, exceptional ly clean, great view out the deck. No issues. Would recommend to any one and will use again….」

There was a junk house to the left the front view although there is some water you see a lot of highway traffic which was not an appealing sound or sight for someone wanting to get away. Train tracks are behind the condo. To the right of your view on the porch is old trailers with junky cars in the back. If you put on blinders and look straight in front of you you would have a beautiful view. The furniture was...

「Great view and access to the water! Good little place to swim and fish. Was a great location and worked well for a family weekend trip!」

「Stayed at this condo many times and ots always perfect. Awesome balcony overlooking the lake and close to everything!」
