“My girls (ages 9 and 11) and I came for a girls' weekend/getaway and had a LOVELY time at this little spot! We all agreed, it was the perfect size, very neat, exceedingly comfortable bed and recliners, and the lighting left nothing to be disired by this lighting snob. My girls enjoyed the super deep tub, the playplace, and the yard was just right for throwing frizbee, games, doing cartwheels, etc. We also enjoyed the new, very neat nearby park recommended by the hosts. We were in Wabasha working the annual Grumpy Old Men Winter Festival and there was something magical about coming back to the house after working a long festival day and being able to sit in front of the fireplace in the coziest living room ever with a spectacular view of Parkside Marina! There was plenty of parking, the location was within walking distance to the entire town (and all of the events). The house is decorated in a way that makes you fall in……

“We enjoyed our stay for Fashion Without Fabric at UW Stout. Property was close to campus, grocery store, and indoor farmer’s market. It was nice to be able to cook as a family instead of having to complete for seating at restaurants. We appreciated the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the private entrance. We will book again in the future.”

“The place was very cute in a great location. Just a couple of issues: no place to hang coats except the pantry where the coats would have been running into other items, fireplace wasnt working, bidet wast working, and when we stripped the bed we found mouse droppings. Couldnt find full bedding for the pull out couch. Couldnt find full listing of amenities in vrbo or evolve listing. When reaching out for more info, one person told me no fridge and someone else said there was a small fridge. Must……

“Such a cute studio... very well decorated. Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Unfortunate timing of construction going on, but otherwise a great place. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“If you’re into sleeping, note the beds are not comfy. I think they may not be on a box spring. We are on the bigger side so that is a factor but they had no give. Pillows great, bedding clean. Super cute place. Nice washing machine/dryer. Highly suggest adding shades to keep the sun out. Window air conditioners couldn’t keep up with upstairs/no shades.”
