「It was a really good stay. This is an apartment building where a lot of people live. The space was functional and a wonderful base for visiting the DC area. Very easy to walk to the Metro. We did have some difficulties although it did not cause any significant problems. I am only mentioning because I wished I had known before arriving. They appeared to be painting and replacing carpeting in the hallway to access the apartment. This will be really nice once it is finished but we arrived late...

Amenities could be better, For 2 adults, there were only 4 bath sized towels, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths, no dish towels, sponge or dish soap in the kitchen. Only 1 entry fob was allowed, 2 fobs would have been better for 2 adults with different schedules. The concierge at the Earl Apartments were very accommodating but unable to provide additional services since the unit is managed by the WeHostGroup based in Miami, FL....
