Guest Access

Guests have full access to all main living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and basement games room. Some storage rooms remain locked. Property boundaries are marked by red stakes and pink tape — please stay within these limits to respect neighboring lands.

Interaction with Guests

Communication is handled through VRBO messaging for security and record keeping. You’ll receive check-in instructions and the access code before arrival, and we respond promptly to any questions during your stay.

Smoking permitted outdoors only; ashtray attached to rear 6×6 carport post.
No shoes inside please.
Children must be supervised around the fire pit and outdoors.
Use amenities (BBQ, fire pit, games, etc.) at your own risk.
Quiet hours after 11 p.m. and no parties or events.
