Room was great - we enjoy a king size bed and it was very comfortable. Next time we stay, going to make sure to book a room with a balcony. The weather was perfect for the weekend and the view of the water would have been great.

I don’t understand why there was no housekeeping daily. No fresh towels. No microwave in the room. No phone in the room in case of emergency. The view was nice. The staff was nice.

We loved our room location overlooking the water. Resort restaurants were amazing! Great food and drinks. Swimming pool was jam packed, in our opinion, too full. Convenient parking and location in town and on lake was great.

Went to the grill and had the BEST waitress ever, wish I had gotten her name! (Dark hair in braided pigtails) We have never had a bad meal in the 4 times we have eaten there! Rooms are always clean! Suggest the 6oz Filet!

Quick trip

Second time staying here with family. Overall not a bad stay. Room was somewhat clean (some trash left in bunk bed and a little mildew in bathroom on floor near tub). Staff overall was nice. Pool area was decent and maintained. Facilities overall seem to be kept up. Good for family with kids bc of pool area and game room.

Restaurant connected was great and easy to access. The check in time was right when the water park closed and i thought that was ridiculous for it being 5pm.... Room smelled strange and bed and shower were not impressive whatsoever. Not the getaway i had in mind.

Just an OK vacation with family nearby. We thought we had a first level room by the pictures we looked at, and instead we had a fourth-floor room that had no view of the lake, and of course we had very noisy neighbors after 10 pm. The price was extreme for what we received, we were there 3 nights and had to ask for clean towels. The pool was very cloudy, and no towels each day we went, and adults were the worst, they left their acholic drinks all over, and we got to see the police come in due to bad adults, just what you want your grandkids to see. Too long of a line at check-in, one person at counter. So over all less then ok for the price.

two bedroom suite was very small with no living area or balcony, and only one chair to share amongst 5 travelers. no towel service even though we set out our dirty ones before 9am. no breakfast. water park was amazing. fun arcade. excellent restaurants on site. walkable to anywhere in Okoboji.

Nice waterpark. Rooms need updating.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Old and squeaky. I was disappointed in the small selection of food and drinks in the water park and the set up to check-in to the water park caused long delays. The food at the waterfront and bracco was good. Could use more staff to serve food and drinks.

I expected that for the high nightly room cost (with a 5pm check in/11am check out) that the room would be clean, the service would be good, staff would be accommodating, property in good condition -but unfortunately none of these were true.

Lots of negative reviews about staff but I didn't have any issues. It was strange to not have a chair or table of any sort in the room. Just bathroom, chest of drawers, sink and bed. It would have been nice to have a couple hooks in the bathroom to hang swimming gear. The water in the little kids area was cold. The showers in the locker rooms were even colder. There was some garbage on the ground in the lazy river area, even first thing in the morning. But everything else about the waterpark and arcade was fine. We enjoyed ourselves.
