Palm Mar is 100% residential, without hotel or disco and without traffic. Ideal place for vacationers wanting to be close to everything but in a quiet, elegant, exclusive and sought after area. Palm Mar is near the tourist area of ​​Los Cristianos and Las Americas in just 10 minutes by car. Tenerife Sur Queen Sofia Airport is 10 kms away. Palm Mar is patrolled continuously by a private security company as well as the local police.
You will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, bank etc ... all at 50m walk from the apartment. The rural beach, the promenade and the beautiful Malpais Nature Reserves of La Rasca (popular for walking and trekking) are less than a two-minute walk away. There, you will discover a volcanic and colorful landscape along the sea. You can admire the diversity of animals and wild plants of the place and Tenerife. Super apartment in a great location

The apartment is ideally located with great views from the balcony; just a couple minutes from the beach, offering walks along the pedestrianised prom and beyond. A very clean, modern and well equipped apartment situated on the 4th floor, serviced by two lifts. We stayed 13-20 December, the weather was glorious so the fan provided in the bedroom was a must for overnight comfort. The bathroom had a good powerful shower, which is always a bonus on holiday. Palm Mar is the perfect low key resort for a relaxing break, with a good choice of restaurants/bars/coffee shops. The resort also has two well stocked supermarkets. Our favourite place for a coffee or cocktail was Bahia Beach where the views and ambiance were lovely. Great communication from Chantal and also Jennifer of ‘Be Clean Canarias’. We would certainly return to Palm Mar and to this apartment.

La Arenita 66 Aptm 4E

Weder auf die E-Mail Adresse noch auf die Handynummer, aus dem Begleitschreiben von Frau Lemaire, kam bei erreichen des Wohnblocks La Arenita 66 ein Kontakt zustande. Erst auf unsere Nachfrage bei mehreren Personen vor Ort bekamen wir den Hinweis bei Frau Meersman im Hola nach zufragen, die dann Frau Lemaire kontaktierte. Kurz darauf erschien Frau Garcia mit dem Aptm-schlüssel und erklärte uns die Gegebenheiten vor Ort, Garagenstellplatz, Pollbenutzung usw. Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Aptm und den Gegebenheiten vor Ort zufrieden. Auch dieses Jahr war es wieder ein erholsamer Urlaub.

quiet, beautiful part of the island

very quiet part of the island. Great apartment, beautiful views from the deck. Apartment has everything u need, good wifi. Would suggest leaving an instruction book on how to operate in apt. We tried everyday to open sunshade but couldnt figure it, hunted everwhere to throw away trash but found no where, we took it outside daily ( in our country that is fined, so we were confused) how to open windows etc, BUT minor details. Beautiful pool on top, clean & surrounded by food, stores.Bahia Beach was great, comfy beach beds & good food. If its your thing, make the climb from Palm Mar to Los Cristianos, very cool. It was a little small, town wise, but we took day trips out; everyone friendly. Glad we stopped by, thank you

The apartment is great. It was clean and has everything you need. Only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Supermarket and restaurants are close by. The communication with Chantal was easy and fast. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Really nice property in a superb location

We would highly recommend this property and location. A really good holiday is guaranted. The owner was really nice and very helpful. wonderful sea view and nice swimming pool, also all english channels event sky and video club, very good wifi We will definitely book again

Lovely flat with beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay in this holiday flat in June/July 2017. It has everything you would want and has got the most beautiful views of the sea and La Gomera on a clear day. The flat is situated very close to the beach, which is great. The owner was very helpful with getting us installed in the flat. A slight annoyance was the bar and restaurant noise coming from the other side of the street in the late evenings, which meant less sleep for one of us. We have stayed in Palm Mar before as we love this area, but we didn't realise that there are more bars and restaurants now. Having said that, the noise is only heard from the lounge, which makes the flat perfect for couples or couples with a very small child, who can sleep in the bedroom with a cot.
