Beautiful flat with terrace and a spectacular swimming pool in the residential complex in which it is located. Located right in the centre of Las Américas, just a few steps from Playa de Las Américas, where you can breathe in the summer atmosphere all year round. With an exquisite decoration, it has capacity for 4 people, two bedrooms and a beautiful terrace where you can have lunch and disconnect. It has Smart TV, 300mb Wifi fibre internet and all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

This beautiful flat is located just a few minutes walk from Playa de Las Americas and Playa de Troya. It is ideal for families, couples and friends, as it can accommodate up to 4 people, with two beautiful bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. A spacious living-dining room with direct access to the beautiful terrace with chill out where you can relax and have breakfast, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and swimming pool in the residential complex where it is located.Perfect for business trips, as it has 300 mb Fibre Wifi Internet and ceiling fan. With an unbeatable location, a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of Las Americas.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, clothes iron, lounge-dining room, large terrace, swimming pool, hair dryer, Internet Wifi fibre optic 300mb, Smart TV, Netflix, sheets and shower towels.

The apartment is a few steps from Las Veronicas, a nightlife area par excellence.

To access the accommodation it is necessary to climb stairs. The complex does not have an elevator.

There is currently construction work going on in the building across the street, so you may experience some noise during the day.
