DIe Wohnung ist eher klein, hat Klappbetten aber ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Balkon bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht und das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist sauber und schön.

Sehr gut gefallen haben mir die liebevoll renovierte Küche und das Bad. Geschmackvoll, sauber und praktisch. Sehr geschätzt habe ich den Relaxsessel fürs Lesen und TV. Stilvoll fand ich die durchgehenden Muster beim Küchenschrank, Ess- und Klubtisch. Einzig das Kuhfell am Boden würde ich durch einen Teppich ersetzen.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und lag sehr zentral. Zur Skipiste waren es nur ca. 350 m. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Vom Wohnzimmer hatte man einen schönrn Blick auf die Berge. Beim Empfang hat uns der freundliche Mitarbeiter alles ausführlich erklärt, uns Infomaterial über Arosa gegeben und uns den Skikeller und den Weg zur Skipiste gezeigt.

Einmal mehr haben wir die Tage im Utoring genossen. Die Wohnung im 2.Stock enthält alles, was man braucht für ein paar Ferientage. Geschätzt haben wir den Brotservice. Einziges Manko: Stewi auf der Terrasse ist unbrauchbar!
