The bright and spacious apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and offers about 75 square meters of living space on two floors. It was completely modernized in 2016. The well-kept apartment is comfortable and modern.
The apartment has two bathrooms with windows and washer-dryer, two bedrooms, one with a box-spring double bed and one with two single beds. There is a modern kitchen that is fully equipped. A flat screen TV provides variety. Look through the panoramic windows at the surrounding mountain landscape and at the lake. Two balconies with garden furniture invite you to relax.
A special attraction is the leisure lake with lawn for swimming, sunbathing and boating. In winter for ice skating and curling.
You can eat and drink inexpensively in the lakeside restaurant and beer garden.
There is plenty of space for children and teenagers on the numerous play areas and squares. In case of bad weather, several table tennis tables are available. There is a federal bowling alley for family fun.
A family-friendly riding stable is located directly above the holiday village.
Tourist information: Arrach lake park, Fürstenzeche mine (Lam-Buchet), Lambach fairy tale and ghost castle, Tittling museum village, Grafenwiesen bird of prey park, Furth i. W., Pfingstritt Bad Kötzting, dragon stitch festival in Furth. W., glass art in the Bavarian Forest, Western town Pullman City in Eging, Bärwurz production in Bad Kötzting, casino in Bad Kötzting, Churpfalzpark Loifling (amusement park), day trips z. B. to Regensburg, Bodenmai, Zwiesel and Passau, free journeys by bus and train in the VLC area (with presentation of the guest card).
Sports activities: cycling and hiking tours in the Bavarian Forest in the immediate vicinity, winter activities on the Arber, Hohenbogen and Eck-Riedelstein, summer toboggan run Hohenbogen, high rope park Lam, bathing world (Aqacur) in Bad Kötzting, swimming in the outdoor pool in Grafenwiesen and in the Osserbad in Lam, geocoaching in Grafenwiesen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber und die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu unternehmen und entdecken.

Nach kleinen Startschwierigkeiten eine schöne Auszeit
Nach dem wir bei der Ankunft eine sehr kalte Wohnung vorgefunden haben, dieses Problem aber zumindest bis zum nächsten Morgen dann behoben war, konnten wir die sehr großzügige und vollständig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung sehr geniessen. Das umgebende Feriendorf stört den guten Eindruck nicht - der Blick auf die umgebenden Berge ist toll. Auch in der Umgebung ist für alle was geboten.

Es war soweit alles in Ordnung, bis auf die Sauberkeit im Wohnzimmer hinter der Kautsch.

Sehr schönes Objekt in sehr schöner Lage.
Es hat uns hier sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung in einem super Zustand und hat eine top ausgestatteter Küche. Das einzige was zu beachten ist, dass das kleine Zimmer im Dachgeschoss wirklich nur was für kleiner Leute oder für Kinder ist da man nur bedingt drin stehen kann. Für das Bad mit Badewanne gilt das gleiche. Der Esstisch ist ausreichend groß für 5 Personen.

Schöne Auszeit im bayrischen Wald
Das Haus ist gut und liebevoll ausgestattet, mit zwei wirklich großen und gemütlichen Terrassen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat beim ersten Versuch nicht gut geklappt. Die Vermieterin hat aber umgehend reagiert. Wem es wichtig ist: das Auto kann gut vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Für die obere Etage darf man nicht zu groß gewachsen sein... :-)

Superschöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was in einem Haushalt benötigt wird. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist herausragend und die Aussicht vom Balkon unschlagbar.
Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder wählen.
Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt.

Super eingerichtete Wohnung mit Aussicht und Balkonen
Die neu renovierte Wohnung war klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der geschmackvollen modernen Einrichtung. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Ums Haus herum ist ein schön angelegter Garten mit Blumen, alten Bäumen und Wiese. Großer Balkon mit Aussicht zum See und auf den gegenüberliegenden Höhenzug. Parkplatz direkt am Haus.
