「We arrived at the location and I checked my messages for the check in instructions to realize that they never sent any. So I reached out via the chat system to which they took over an hour to respond. To make it up to us, the manager offered us a late check out, however, he did not communicate that to his staff and a man came into the property unexpectedly before checkout asking us to leave.
