Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking space n 2/A on the premises. Grocery 1 km, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop "Laconia Via Monticorru 33" 210 m, sandy beach 300 m. Marina 1.3 km. Nearby attractions: Arzachena 10 km, Porto Cervo 16 km, Palau 13 km, Olbia 25 km. Please note: car recommended. If linen is required, please notify our local office in advance.
