「An sich ein schönes, vergleichsweise kleines Hotel von Familie für Familien. Unserer Tochter hat es super gut gefallen, vor allem der Poolbereich und die Kinderbetreuung bei Andi. Wir fanden das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir bei der Kommunikation und beim Essen. Zur Kommunikation: wir hatten den Early Check in auf dem Formular, welches man lange vor Anreise ausfüllt und an das Hotel sendet, als Wunsch angegeben. 「Wir waren für eine Übernachtung hier und können uns überhaupt nicht beschweren. Vom ersten Moment an war allea positiv. Die Besitzerin ist mit vollem Herz dabei, das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!」

「The hotel was closed when we arrived and no one would answer when the owner was called. We went by the next day and they were still closed. We contacted hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with the hotel either. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back since we paid in advance. We had to find another hotel to stay at and it was more expensive. This place is closed! Don't book with them as you won't get your money back! 」

「The hotel looks a bit better in the photos than it does in person, but overall our stay was perfectly fine. The room was clean and spacious. We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. Breakfast was exactly what we expected from the pictures, with coffee available only as drip coffee from a thermos. The property is located right next to the highway, but our room faced the opposite direction, so...
