Emplacement top entre les deux plages, juste un petit portail à passer pour être sur le chemin. Vue sur la mer .Pas trop loin des commerces et du port. Possibilité de tout faire à pied. Parking couvert. Joli déco. Bien aménagé La salle de bains et les toilettes méritent une rénovation. Ménage très approximatif

emplacement idéal,. au pied des plages...Conciergerie parfaite... appartement propre. chambre d'enfants sans fenêtre... (pas précisé dans l'annonce) mais quelques amélioration du confort serait bienvenue.. par exemple la banquette est petite et inconfortable.. si vous êtes 4, il y en aura un qui regardera la télé assis sur une chaise... une petite terrasse face mer est très bien, mais un ou deux transat (c'est pas cher).. seraient bienvenus...

Location face à la mer à Arzon

Appartement tres bien situé, vue magnifique, deux plages à proximité et le port Crouesty à 15mn à pieds. Tres bien équipé, bonne literie. Logement tres calme car hors saison mais l été cela doit être tres bruyant (très gros complexe locatif avec grandes cours/places centrales). Les bémols : linge de lit et serviettes de toilette non compris et on pense louer sur Abritel mais cela nous renvoie finalement sur une conciergerie (Hoomy). Mais vue sublime qui vaut le détour.
