You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly designed in a traditional style, which really added to the overall experience. Everything was spotless and well-prepared. The property itself is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained, and perfectly in tune with the atmosphere of Kinosaki Onsen."

"I had a very comfortable stay here and would love to stay again! The staff were so hospitable, making check-in very easy and care-free. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities required for a short stay. There were blackout blinds to make the room completely dark at night, and the sound insulation seemed very good as I couldn’t hear anything from the neighbouring rooms. The location is perfect, a short walk to all rhe onsens and the train station. I would fully recommend staying here for anyone looking for a relaxing experience! "

"The rooms are spacious and have a pretty view of the river though do not opt for the cot if you cannot get a triple Buffet is generous but does not change so recommend not prebooking food if staying more than one night. For breakfast and dinner it’s decent but to gets repetitious. Walkable to town but not central. Does have limited shuttle service. "
