"Great hotel"

"I loved staying at the Nishitetsu Grand Hotel. Everything was elegant and the staff were very helpful and kind. Although the room was outdated, all the important things were great. The mattress was perfect - slept so well. The sheets were also fresh and clean. The bathroom in the double room was large and so were the towels. And the location was incredibly convenient, too. Oh and the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had in Japan."

"Overall the stay was very good. Hotel and area was very convenient. My only issue was…they would not sell me more coffee kcups. I drink about 4-5 cups daily…and when I went to front desk to purchase more receptionist would not accommodate. She said; they could not sell and visitors were allowed 2 daily. These are special illy kcups and weren’t available to purchase in any grocery or convenient stores. "
