「Good」

「The hotel room had a distinctive moldy smell which we had to air out when we checked in. Check in process was unique as you have to self checkin on a kiosk machine. We wanted to ask if ee can change out the room but there were no staff on site.」

「Hotel staff helped me for parking when arrived and also departing. Small gesture but very warm and kind!」

「Such a wonderful stay! The staff were great, the room was nice and clean and the added extra amenities in the lobber were a pleasant surprise. The location cannot be beat, right in the heart of the downtown area with plenty of places to walk to. We stayed in the Singature 1 suite and the sauna was so nice to have in the room along with the extra space and private bath on the patio. I'll definitely stay here again. The only thing that would be nice to have would be some storage in the room for...
