Berget Lövanäs 2, a new modern home in a secluded location with a dock and a boat

Built in 2024, this newly constructed house is beautifully situated on a peninsula in Serarpssjön, approximately 25 km southeast of Vetlanda. The house is secluded in the woods; after turning off the public road, a small path leads to it for about 3 km. The house offers lake views in all directions, making it ideal for families with children and nature lovers seeking peace and quiet. It’s just 100 metres to the lake, which has its own swimming dock. A rowing boat is also available. Fishing licences can be purchased on site upon request.

The house measures 130 square metres and is tastefully furnished and modernly equipped. On the lower floor, there are two large bedrooms with double beds. There is also a small bathroom with a shower and a larger bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine/dryer. The house has an open floor plan; the kitchen and living room are connected and open up to the roof ridge, creating a fantastic sense of space. Large windows on the gable end offer a magnificent view of the lake. There is also a glass door leading out to a large terrace with a barbecue area. The living room also features a wood-burning fireplace.
Upstairs, there is a loft with two smaller, separate bedrooms, each with two single beds.
There is plenty to see and do nearby. Astrid Lindgren’s World, Glasriket, Kleva Gruva, gold panning in Ädelfors, the zipline in Klavreström, and moose safaris are just a few of the many attractions. In winter, you can go skiing in nearby Kettilsås and Dackestupet, or go ice fishing and ice skating on the lake. In Vetlanda and Åseda, you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and shopping options. For fishing enthusiasts, there’s a large fishing tackle shop in Korsberga worth visiting.

There’s a sauna by the lake, which can be booked as an optional extra. It has large windows at the back offering a beautiful view of the water. The sauna is wood-fired. To cool off between sauna sessions, it’s just a few steps to the lake.

I also rent out the property at 10330197.. The houses are relatively close to each other but still secluded. Both houses each have a private swimming area with a dock, a boat, and a sauna.
