Loved the small kitchen. Great for breakfast in the room and for feedings pets. Hotel didn’t offer breakfast. Large rooms. Great room for a good price.

THE place to stay!

We traveled to Asheville to say goodbye to my grandmother. We only booked for one night and the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating to our needs. They gave us a very late check out. We ended up rebooking for another night and upon her passing on the second morning, the staff made sure to verbalize their condolences to us. Not to mention the room was amazing, especially for the price. Comfortable bed & pillows, big TV, big fridge, great shower and towels, etc. When we need to stay in Asheville, this is the hotel we will stay out.

The front desk always available and answered all my questions. Check in was super fast. The room was ready early and very clean. No issues. Even had an indoor pool and hot tub for the kids.

The property and staff were fine. However, I was told that I would be charged and early check-in fee of $25. I arrived around 2 pm. I regularly travel for business in this area but will not return to this property due to this fee.

Just outside Asheville Ubers are like $6-$8. We spent a week here and enjoyed every second!

This hotel was fine. The description said that breakfast was included but it was not. The description also said it was a "downtown" hotel -- not so much. It's only a mile walk to the downtown area but far enough away that not really comfortably walkable late at night. Staff was nice. It was clean. We were there at the peak fall scenery weekend so I think the price was high for what you get -- but, supply and demand!

The property needs to update their wording on the pet policy. They use the words per occurrence to mean per day. They are other hotels with cheaper pet fees and wider parking spaces. The water pressure is terrible and the bathroom door did not shut all the way or lock. Pest control is needed as my husband killed several Asian Lady Beetles.

Dont stay here

This place is a dump in a terrible neighborhood and is poorly maintained and extremely noisy. Our room smelled like animal pee. Holes on bedding. Torn up carpeting. Cops lights blinking in the windows through the night.
