Our contemporary house features large windows, a hot tub, and eco-friendly amenities, including 28 solar panels and an EV charger in your private garage. It’s conveniently located a short drive from downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Biltmore House.

The well-appointed kitchen, designed by Barbara, a former international chef, is perfect for culinary adventures and includes complimentary coffee, tea, and fresh fruit.

Upstairs, three modern bedrooms offer a cozy master with a reading nook and two others with stunning mountain views. The loft has a sofa bed and desk area.

We created this retreat for your enjoyment in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, ensuring your privacy while being just across the street for assistance. A Ring Doorbell and Camera provide added security, prioritizing your comfort and safety.

I have been using vacation rentals for at least 23 yrs. This house has set the bar very high for any future rentals. The communication was superb from instruction on check in, answering any questions and inside the house there was instruction for every detail. The beds were comfortable along with every feature of the house. We enjoyed the visit of a black bear outside on our 1st morning. Excellent!

Beautiful property!

We stopped in Asheville for 2 nights on our way to South Carolina and this house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, very clean and lots of amenities. The kids loved the hot tub! Highly recommend staying here!

The house was absolutely stunning and perfect for our bachelorette party! The hosts went above and beyond to create the perfect mountain get away and provide everything you could possibly need! Asheville Girls Trip

Highly recommend this fabulous rental!

Fabulous VRBO rental in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Asheville. Best stocked rental ever-two robes in every room with great towels, amazing kitchen with everything you need to cook an amazing meal, and so much more. Very comfortable beds, great porches with views, bird feeders attracting colorful goldfinches and hummingbirds, great gas grill for cooking out, and very friendly helpful hosts. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone and will be sure to return ourselves.

True Mountain Hideaway

This house was an amazing experience—from the motion lighting at your feet to the well-stocked kitchen to the “tushy toilets”!!! The view of the surrounding mountains is perfect—sunrise and sunset. Jim and Barbara are excellent hosts with great recommendations and an open line of communication from start to finish.

Fabulous Family Reunion

We had a wonderful long weekend in Asheville. The hosts had outstanding communication, with a guide book that explained everything we could possibly need to know. The house is beautiful, as were the views, the leaves, and all the little touches that were so thoughtful. Can't wait to come again!

Siblings Reunion

All senior citizens, the property was very comfortable for us. We enjoyed breakfast on the screened porch and meals at Rhubarb, Cúrate and bbq. Our one night cooking was produce from the farmers' market and fresh fish on the grill. This kitchen had all the tools for a family who likes to cook and the host accommodates extra needs. I really recommend this site for adult getaways.

I want to first acknowledge the host Jim for his amazing Hospitality and quick response for any and all of my questions. The home looks better in person and had everything a family of 5 needed. my wife really enjoyed the screened patio and the kids loved the hot tub. I personal loved how the house felt secluded despite being in a housing neighborhood and being close downtown Asheville.

Beautiful Home Inside and Out

My son and I could not be happier with our visit to Asheville. The home was perfect! Jim and Barbara’s attention to detail is truly amazing! Five star treatment!! Although we enjoyed our activities in the city the best part of our trip was relaxing, taking in the mountain views, and watching the birds play. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to visit again some day. Thank you!

Wonderful Place!!

This place is just top notch. The home is located in a beautiful setting within the mountains and is located close to downtown Asheville, The Blue Ridge Parkway, local hiking, etc. The detail that Jim and Barabara have put into making this a great place to stay, including the organization, cleanliness, art work, bird feeders, games, tv setup, hot tub, hammocks, etc. is really beyond words. There is a screened in porch that provides beautiful mountain views, and large windows provide great nature viewing from the inside of the house. Jim and Barbara were also very helpful with their local recommendations. Best Vrbo we have ever stayed in, hands down!

Well Appointed, Spotless Home!

This home has everything possible you need for your stay and was very clean. The only thing I would say is that I wish I had known the property owner lived next door. Although it might be helpful to some, personally it felt a little intrusive.

Asheville Birthday Hideway

We had a wonderful time at the Asheville Hillside Hideaway! The owners were super helpful with the everything including the check-in instructions. Everything was very easy when we arrived at the house. It was immaculate and the owners had anticipated whatever we might need in our home away from home! The home is beautiful, a wonderful place to stay with the deck to enjoy the wonderful weather and the soothing view. We also enjoyed all the birds supported by many feeders. The home is very conveniently located to downtown Asheville and many excellent restaurants. My daughter and her friend joined us for 3 days while we were there. They loved the house and location! This is an exceptional place to stay in the Asheville area.
