“WOW, I highly recommend Restoration Ashville. Located right in the center of Ashville. The staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Many cozy locations to relax and enjoy your day. The basement lounge is a fun place to unwind after your day. For me, it’s the little things that make a big difference. Free water and soda in your room. You don’t see that anymore. A free picnic basket with breakfast goodies brought to your door every morning. All for……

“Room was very nice, beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and kind and the location was very close to the Biltmore - a 4 minute drive.The property was also nice and felt safe, and had plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again.”

“ Receptionist told me I need to pay 50 dollars for incidentals only by card. All other places give you options- card or cash and I always chose cash cause its craziness to give 50 extra dollars by card and wait up to 7 days to receive it back. I am not that expensive! So if I travel 5 days and I stay each night in different hotel of this net, I need to pay 250 extra only for that and dont get it back when I need this money for the trip! Who even created that! ??? I already had 2 situations when……

“Very hard to navigate. Seems also the hotel was set up mostly just for bar goers and not for comfort or convenience. ”

“Breakfast was yummy but the coffee machine was broken many times. parking was convenient. the sign on the street needs to be much larger as we passed it when we arrived. ”

“Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was nicely appointed throughout. Our room had a wonderful view, comfortable beds, clean look. I really liked the rain shower. Fantastic view from the rooftop bar, and the location is perfect for enjoying downtown Asheville on foot. Definitely recommend!”

“Breakfast was kept stocked. The dining area is quite small esp. when larger groups are gathered. The hot tub and pool were nice. We walked to Texas Roadhouse for dinner.”
