「Lovely, natural site.」

「This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future! 」

「Everything was absolutely wonderful!Amanda and Ed were amazing!!I asked a lot of questions as usual lol and they got back to me immediately. We felt safe. The home was cozy, clean and very accommodating. My husband was so excited. He caught a large mouth bass within minutes. Catch and release of course. They even bought two dog toys for each of our pups which they loved… it was so sweet! We would definitely go back there!」

「We stayed at Ray's house in August 2025 for two nights -- two adults 8 year old twins. It's a great house! Perfect size for us with very comfy beds. It was also very well-stocked with extra towels and all the toiletries you may need. Communication with Ray both before and during the stay was excellent. Highly recommend! 」

「Wonderful old house, very comfortable space for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The host was communicative and responsive, although everything was so well-thought out on his part, we didn't have much need to talk to the hosts. Excellent location, less than five minutes to Great Barrington, and twenty to Tanglewood and Lenox. 」

「We loved Manor Lane! It had every amenity you could ask for. The house is fun and charming and there are thoughtful touches everywhere you look! We had fun watching movies in the living room, playing games in the lounge, cooking family meals in the spectacular kitchen and playing tennis in the sunshine. A perfect 10!」

「The property was beautiful. Very spacious, inside and out. 」

「Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation.」

「This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. We had the best hikes with are wonderful dog that we got to include, it was a very special week. Great location and the most peaceful and amazing views from the deck and the dock. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you for sharing your home.」
