"Gary and Linda were exceptional! My kids and I felt right at home. The rental was clean and had everything I needed to cook 3 meals a day. The couch was super comfortable, as was the bed. The rental was very cozy, and we would love to come back, preferably when the weather isn't so crazy. Ha. Thank you, Gary and Linda, for your hospitality and genuine care for my family and me during our stay. We felt very safe at your rental. Sincerely, the swimmers ;) "

"Well it started out i didn't know this is where I was staying I went to a different place and they said nope we dont have cabins so they helped me find where I needed to be so when we pulled up it was a shock to are system I said omg I totally messed this little vacation up then we checked in and the hostess where very friendly and we made it a night was very hot but they provided us with battery banks and fans it did cool it down at night so then on the second day my son and his fiancea and 9 month old baby came the cabin we were in was going to I be to small and the other cabin people had left a day early so they asked if we wanted to stay in that one we said yes and we had plenty of room one thing I would definitely change maybe is the parking when you go places like this you have lots a stuff to carry and you had to walk a distance to get to cabin but all in all it was a nice time place has potential love the idea they are going with"

"I have no complaints about our stay. But wanted to share some things that might be helpful for others when booking This place is very simple....not a lot of amenities, which was expected. But a couple things that I didn't count on...1. no hair dryer. 2. No USB connection to charge phones. Again, not complaining, just making sure others are prepared. (And I may have just missed that info in the description) There are cosmetic things that could be addressed, but the room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked great....and thank goodness it did as we were there over 4th July and it was insanely hot. But AC was great Parking is limited on site as others mention, But we had no problem with street parking. The only thing that was somewhat bothersome, was the check in process. Ultimately, it all worked out fine, but I tried reaching out to them for hours to get my room # and door code. Had to wait until we arrived and called a different number that was listed on their office door. Again, it all worked out.... But i didn't love having to wait until last minute. Would've preferred to have all that info well before arriving since nobody is on site except for a few hours each day. Again, simple place, fine for a place to sleep and shower etc, but not really to hang out. Location is good. Right on strip & the water. Private beach is very very small and not a place you'd "play" on. Not a "postcard" beach. Overall, worth the stay if you are okay with small & simple."

"Jennifer at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She is the reason we decided to stay. We are over the road truckers and wanted a few nights away from the truck. This is a budget property that needs remodeling, updates, etc. but for the price we felt it was fine. They provide complimentary continental breakfast that consists of bagels and cream cheese, a couple kinds of breads for toasting, fruit, plain yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee and tea. We took a 10-15 minute drive to Lake Shore Park right on Lake Erie and enjoyed the views. We also found a good BBQ restaurant in the waterfront Ashtabula lift bridge area."
