  • This modern, standard-rated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium has been beautifully remodeled with updated finishes, stylish furnishings, and a warm, contemporary color palette. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and separate dining area, a cozy gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, an in-unit washer and dryer, and off-street parking.

    The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request.

    Located in the heart of downtown Aspen, Chateau Aspen is just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, with world-class shopping, dining, and skiing right outside your door. Guests can also enjoy the building's shared courtyard, complete with a gas grill and fire pit—perfect for relaxing and gathering outdoors.

    Like many homes in Aspen, this unit does not have air conditioning. Cooling units and fans are provided, and Colorado's cool summer evenings naturally help keep the home comfortable.

Condo was convenient/easy walk-able distance to so many places to eat and grocery shop. Host was considerate and helped us with our luggage both arriving and departing! Kind and considerate!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The proximity to downtown Aspen was fantastic- walking distance to all you could want! The condo was clean and as pictured. Check in process, communication and general customer service was fantastic.

Everything was great. Location is amazing. Condo was actually too warm at times. Turned heat down as far as it would go. Decor was simple and pleasant. Would stay there again.

Great Location

The property is walking distance to the Aspen base and the shuttles to the other Four Mountain ski areas. Pictures gave a spot on depiction of the unit. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great little Aspen Gem

This was such an amazing place in the perfect location. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. We loved the convenience and how walkable everything was. Property manager was very kind and accommodating too!

Great location

The location is fantastic, the management company were super easy to deal with. Main bedroom mattress was very "firm" and quite uncomfortable. Property is kind of dated but we had a great time and cant beat the location.

Location! Location! Location!

Can’t beat this location when visiting Aspen. Although an older building, the accommodations had modern conveniences. Beds were the best we had over our two week trip out west. Can walk to anything in town and hikes are a short drive away. Host is figuring things out with new self check in process. Communication prior to arrival was non-existent with me having to ask for address day before arriving. I’m sure the kinks will be worked out with time. It’s worth considering if you’re going to Aspen.

I didn’t like the fact that there was absolutely no view. Every window faces an alley so you can’t even tell what the weather is like. Also super loud trucks in alley a lot of the evening makes it hard to sleep!!

Great Location!

Very central in Downtown Aspen. Close to everything!(supermarket, pharmacy, ski rental, restaurants, shopping, bus station, Aspen ski gondola.....) The condo unit is well furnished and very clean! The only things you need to get is the food and drinks. Perfect for family of 4!. The unit is at the 3rd floor towards the back corner of the building, away from the front of the street. Across the back alley where the unit is situated, it's close to the rooftop bar/lounge which can be noisy especially on weekend nights. No elevator in the building so it takes time and effort to hoist up the luggage and ski staff. This may be a chore if you have young children or baby.
