「I was very disappointed with my whole experience. I didn’t expect to share bathroom facilities. The un-personed reception was a phone disaster. Necessary access details took three phone calls. The company managing the accommodation needs to provide a script that their personal need to follow in all languages to help arrivers get into the building, the accommodation, the room and access WiFi without any difficulty. An easy solution to help the travellers!」

「The staff was really good but bear in mind that the reception only operated in certain hours and must inform the host if you’ll arrive early. The shower was not the best as the water splashes out easily since there’s no door. Location is amazing.」

「No air conditioning, just a small fan on the ceiling which doesn't work unless the light is on. No double bed. Mattress quite uncomfortable. Toilet and room spotlessly clean, and the owner was very kind. The location is perfect to visit the main spots close by the beach」

「I'll start with the good. Pension Iturrizza is in a superb location in San Sebastian's Old Town. It's on a quiet side street near a church, very close to excellent dining (which is everywhere) and steps from the dock, beach and aquarium. It's hard to imagine finding something so convenient for what is a very good price. If all you want is a place to drop your bags and have a place to sleep, go for it. You probably won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't give more than three stars for two...
