「Disappointing experience regarding the air conditioning. The hotel’s website clearly states that air conditioning is available, but unfortunately, this was not the case during our stay. We stayed for two nights and complained on both nights because the room was uncomfortably warm. Despite bringing the issue to the hotel’s attention, the problem was not resolved, and we had to spend both nights in an overly hot room.
