I stayed here on 2 separate occasions, at the start and at the end of my trip. On both occasions the apartment I had was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The facilities in the building are great and the reception staff very helpful. Highly recommended and I’ll stay here again.

The location was fantastic just one block from the Shopping del Sol and surrounded of cafes and restaurants. Everything was spotless and I've used the gym every days. Definitely I'll stay again here my next time in Asuncion.

The room was excellent. I really appreciated the power bar with the local electrical plug. The washer/dryer was a welcome relief. The staff were always cheerful and friendly. I didn't make use of the amenities this time; next time, definitely! I'll gladly stay with Zentrum again and recommend it to my friends.

Clean, convenient and great location

Very well located property, great price, convenient kitchen amenities, hot water, they even had a washer dryer in the room. Super friendly and helpful staff with some bilingual in English/Spanish. The rooms are very quiet inside. I will definitely stay again!

In an upscale area with a mall with a good market and trendy restaurants. More like a serviced apartment than hotel. Cleaning only for an extra fee. No food on premises. Gym was not really adequate. Good value

Absolutely wonderful apart-hotel. The facilities were immaculate. Excellent water pressure, toiletries, and all the details pristine. The staff at check-in were friendly and very welcoming. There's a pool, gym, and one block away from one of the nicest shopping areas of Asuncion! Highly recommend!

Stylish modern apartment hotel.

This is a modern apartment hotel with a front desk area where you can ask the team if you need help. The apartments are beautifully furnished with your own kitchen and washing machine. It is located very near to a fabulous supermarket called Delimarket and two wonderful shopping malls with restaurants. The area feels upmarket and safe.

Fantastic place to stay! Location is ideal, next to 2 huge shopping areas. Delimarket grocery store and coffee shops right across street. Everything was new and clean, and the staff responded instantly whenever I needed help. Bed was comfortable, with new sheets and pillows. Water pressure and shower were great. Kitchen has only 2 of each piece of cutlery, dish, etc. but stove, oven and microwave all worked well. Washer/dryer was a bonus. Rooftop pool small but nice. All in all, I highly recommend this place and would happily stay there again!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at Zentrum, everything was as expected. Located in a beautiful tree-studded neighbourhood it was clean, comfortable and modern with a nice covered balcony. Included in our stay was the convenience of a 2-hotplate cooktop, smaller microwave, big fridge and freezer, washing machine, frypan, saucepan, plates, glasses, jug, mugs and cutlery. It's very much a self-contained studio unit with air-con and pool access. 5 minute walk to delimarket supermarket at Del Sol or 10 minute walk to Superseis supermarket at Paseo La Galería (a bit cheaper) for all of your grocery needs for longer stays. If you are a tourist and need a sim card for internet data you can go to the Tigo kiosk at Paseo La Galeria with your passport and get a free sim (it might take them up to 2 hours to verify your passport before you get your sim, so plan for it). You then go to the checkout at Superseis supermarket 50 metres away and charge your sim with credit 7gb/7days for 10,000G (Around USD$1.25). You can then use Uber and Bolt for transport around the city (we preferred bolt - but pay with cash). The one thing I could recommend to the property is to provide a dust pan and brush under the sink so we could clean up after ourselves since the apartments are not serviced throughout the stay.

Quality you can depend on.

This was our second stay with Zentrum and won't be our last. Staff are friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.They were even able to print out our bus tickets to Encarnacion for us since we had WhatsApp. Room was perfect, everything was very clean and in new condition. Great location! See you next time guys!
