I stayed at the hotel for 1 night with my friends. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Hotel is located near JR station within 5 mins walk. The shower and toilet are separated which is convenient for friend travel together. The beds are super comfortable! The only shortcoming is only 1 bottle water is provided when checking in. The breakfast is limited. All in all, Staying here means you can enjoy the time in Atami for sure. The great designed hotel is new furbished and clean. Highly recommended for everyone!

The room is great- the two twins beds are comfortable. The shower is excellent,you could adjust the speed. Provide Daily room clean service, the location is excellent, it closes to the bus terminal and train station.

Room was clean and located right next to other hotels and bus stops and the train station. Breakfast is also provided via partnership with Tully’s coffee (first floor lobby) but you have to bring the print out of your room receipt. The main attraction is a bit of walk from the hotel or shorter if you take a bus or taxi. Amenities are also provided and lockers as well for stashing away bags or items if you arrive early and choose to explore.

It’s nice to have a mini-breakfast from Tulley’s coffee provided by the hotel. It’s nice that the hotel can store our luggage before checking in, however, that didn’t happen after we checked out at 10am. Two bottles of water were given when we checked in but none was provided after the first day of our stay. Nonetheless, the hotel is conveniently located next to the JR station.

Close to Atami Station, so easy to access trains, busses, taxis and shopping. Not as many amenities as a more expensive hotel, but they supply everything you need and there’s a Family Mart one block away. The staff are lovely and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is small by North American standards, but I enjoyed it very much. This is a great, affordable Japanese hotel in a small onsen town. It was better than I expected at this price point. Two thumbs up! PS Don’t skip the Atami pudding in town, it’s worth waiting in line.
