Linnen was dirty, had stains and hair on it. The lock on the door was very loose the screws on the door were coming out and was damaged as it had been forced open in the past making it feel very unsafe. Was locked out of my room on the second day had to walk to reception in the rain to have my key activated

They put us in a room in the far back of the property. The rooms were falling apart. There was roaches silverfish in the room it was not good. I don't know if it was because it was an Expedia booking, Or just the way they do it. I was very disappointed with the room. We actually thought of going to a different motel instead of staying the second night. I was thinking of getting my money back, but I just wanted to get out of there.

The hotel is located right on an intersection a very busy one. The exterior smells and there is no ac in the room. The beds are super soft and not supportive. I went in and turned around immediately and stayed elsewhere. I do not recommend it at all.

It was inexpensive and convenient. The floor was filthy, tho, and the shower was sort of a disaster, leaking water all over - did clean the floor tho.

There were men drinking, talking loudly, and playing loud music just below the window of my room. I called the desk and was told this was a recurring issue. They finally stopped after 11:30 pm.

toilet had a leak so it flushed all night. and the wall turnoff valve was also broken so this problem has been there a long time. I was also given a room very hard to get too. and vacant rooms were all over the place.

Check in was fine. But as the temperature dropped I noticed the heater did not work. Changed rooms. Still no heat. Talked with three people at the desk and heard different stories. We will drop off a portable. Nothing. Froze my butt off.

Small room. It was cold and asked front desk regarding the heat told us they will bring portable heater for the two rooms that we booked but until we checked out no one came to deliver the heater. None of us slept because it was cold and they do not even have the comforter in the room. All of us had headache the next day. Such an unpleasant stay. I mentioned it to the girl the next day when we checked out but she just ignored me and just said you are good to go.

There was no toilet paper in the room. The heater did not work because the thermostat did not have a face; only the innards were visible. The toilet seat was extremely loose. The bathroom door latch plate was hanging loose from the bottom screw. I stopped by the office to report the room condition only to be told there was not heat in any of the rooms because the building's heater was broken. The OAT was 25deg F this morning

They had bedbugs and when I went to go tell them no one was there and when I brought it up at checkout the lady was like why didn’t you come in here and tell the person who was on duty and I said because I came and ring the little bell like it said and no one came so my sister and I had to sleep in my car.
