“Excellent location. Host extremely responsive. This is a basement of a home. Some children running upstairs, it didn’t bother us at all, but should be noted. There is also no TV. Again - we weren’t there for TV, but something to note. Full kitchen, bathroom and even a washer and dryer. Plenty of space. ”

“We stayed here for a weekend and we were very pleased. The location is central to just about everything in St.Joseph, we joked that GPS was broke because everything was only 7 minutes away when we checked. The area is beautiful and relatively quiet, there was some noise from the road beside the apartment but not enough to be a complaint. The apartment had all of the furnishings we could need including plenty of extras like blankets pillows and towels. It was very easy to follow the instructions……

“Neighborhood felt relatively quiet and safe. Our neighbors next door were moving the next day and decided to get drunk and party with some friends til past 0230. This was no fault of the owner, I managed after 3 attempts to defuse the issue and it got quiet. I explained the issue with the owner and requested a time extension and she was very accommodating, considering my issue. (PS, the neighbors have moved and should not be an issues for future visitors)!”
