「This is a old and dirty place, humidity odor, washroom with mold. No water pressure impossible to take a shower. The worst part, my wife and daughter were attacked by a big dog, owned by the receptionist. The dog broke my wife purse and daughter got a terrible panic and nobody helped them. Terrible experience. Expedia need to report this place. DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL」

「The thermal water pools are great, the gardens overall could be beautiful but have been neglected not cleaned at all or signs of being cleaned, dogs begging for food while we ate was an awful feeling, the dogs were so hungry that break into trash cans theres is trash overnight from the dogs going thru it left like nothing. Property has potential to be a great Hot Spring Spa if they cared more for it......Our room had no water pressure to shower, toilet runs super slow, bed was ok.」

「I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this place! From the moment my boyfriend and I arrived, we were absolutely speechless. The location was breathtaking, the room was perfect, and the views were even more beautiful in person! Waking up to the gorgeous mountain views every morning was such an incredible experience, and the bed was SO comfortable!
The sweet lady who works there also made us the most amazing breakfast, which made our stay even more special!
We did have a little...

「The couple staff I met was great because they spoke English so I could have communicated with them. The room was nice and clean. I suggest that you include breakfast in your booking because they are no restaurants nearby. My overall stay at that hotel was great. I strongly recommend if you planning on visiting Santa Ana for any reason to book your stay at that hotel.
Was a great experience.」
