The location is amazing however the air conditioning in the bedrooms started leaking water on the second night of our stay and the communication with the staff is only via messaging as no check in counter - the check in process was smooth and the housekeeping lady on sight very nice -

Super cute place and staff are very friendly. Safe area and extremely clean. Only issue was the air conditioning gets very loud, so you have to decide whether to be hot and turn it off or leave it on and have the sound blaring. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Our family of four had an exceptional stay! Hermes was an amazing host—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with great local recommendations. The apartment was very spacious, spotless, and had incredible views of the Acropolis. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Athens on foot. One of the highlights was Hermes’ recommendation of the rooftop bar and restaurant Bargalow!Athens which was absolutely outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Room was clean. Offered shampoo/body wash, robes, and extra towels. Bed (queen) was comfortable and room offered a nice couch/lounge area, air conditioning, coffee station, mini-refrigerator, glasses, cups, TV, & hair dryer. No fan in bathroom. Shower had great temperature. Although checkin instructions were great, getting the key from the key box was a bit of a challenge. Two flights of stairs from main entrance to a 2”x2” elevator so if you have luggage be prepared to haul up the stairs first and use elevator multiple times to get to suite. Thankfully we just travelled with backpacks and could just barely fit inside with them on our backs and a personal item in tow. Operating suite door was a learning curve as the use of the key was a little difficult to figure out and must be used on the inside to lock the door. No view from room. Great location to get from metro and a lot of great restaurants, street vendors, & shops. Hop on hop off bus is also within a decent walking distance. You can see Acropolis from this street a little further down. Would recommend having the use of a safe in the room. Would recommend this suite. Thank you!

This property is in a great location and is clean and spacious. Our only problem was we had no WiFi, which was a huge problem for us. All of our trips, plans, tours, etc were online and we couldn’t get to any of them. We ended up going to restaurants and getting their WiFi to see our plans and tours. Otherwise, this is a great location.

It was a good location. Place was clean, staff was responsive. AC worked well. Great restaurants and shopping near by. It woùd be nice if they had conditioner for hair available for guests. Be aware that to get to first floor you have about 30 steps. Tricky woth luggage. Other then that it was great.

We enjoyed our stay at My Athens House. Our check in was a bit tricky as we did not get check in instructions in advance, but we got it figured out pretty quickly. The room was functional but had a few odd things - for example, one piece of the laminate flooring was loose and would flip up (and potentially pinch your feet) if you stepped on it. The location was great and the air conditioning worked well.

This is a beautiful apt and very well located. However, it’s advertised as first floor. When you come in the entrance door to the building there are 30 steps to go up to get to the first floor room. There’s an elevator to go up from there but you have to go up and down 30 stairs coming in and going out.

The parthenon view from our balcony was spectacular! Air conditioning was great, amenites were accurately listed. There are 2 flights of stairs walk up to first floor. Lights above bathroom vanity sink areas were out. Called and was told someone would come fix and they did not. Difficult to get ready without proper lighting. Overall, it was a very pleasant room. Proximity to great restaurants and shopping was great. Would return to My Athens House!
