We enjoyed the stay: the apartment is roomy, full kitchen, large refrigerator. There are few eating places in the neighborhood, and My Market is only 7 minutes walking distance. There are two things we don't like: first, the neighborhood does not look that safe, my wife dare not to walk with me to the metro station at night, maybe it is just us.second, for one night, our neighbor vacationer had a big noisy party until 3am in the morning. Other than that, it is a very good experience.

Modern apartment in a lovely neighbourhood

Great little apartment, very new so really clean but a few snags - bathroom door wouldn't close very well and the front door was very hard to open. Had to call the helpline twice on arrival for help getting in and got a really swift and helpful response even at 11pm at night. Very modern set-up using an app to open the door and good amenities like a complimentary coffee machine and a washer drier. The apartment was missing patio furniture on the balcony but we just put some of the couch cushions out there. Bed a little hard and only one pillow but I'm being picky, particularly when you consider the price. It's in a nice neighbourhood with some lovely restaurants and bars literally just around the corner, but a bit of a walk to the nearest metro stations (direct to the airport though so very handy) . We walked into the centre easily enough though, through what's maybe not the most desirable area but full of quirky and independent cafes and bars which we loved. Would definitely recommend it, was really impressed over all :)

Déjà des le premier soir on est arrivés vers o1h20 du matin car on avait réservé ce vol là chez vous. Arrivé à l appartement on a composé les chiffres qu on avait recu sauf que ce n était pas les bons donc heureusement que le chauffeur etait encore la on vous a appelé sans réponse on a appelé les numéros d olala sans réponse. On etait obligé d aller dans un hôtel à 02h du matin pour se loger avec nos 3 enfants. Donc on a payé 158 euros de l hotel d d'ailleurs je bous les reclament à vous et à olala. C etaot que vers 9h ou 10h que olala nous o. Envoyé le bon code. Donc ce n est pas sérieux ni de leurs part ni de votre part car on avait tout payé meme on leur a payé par internet la caution de 100 euros sans avoir le code. Ce n est pas sérieux et on demande le remboursement des 158 euros d hôtel et on a la facture de l l'hotel sans parler des dommages-intérêts psychologiques qu on a eu , la peur de rester à la rue avec nos 3 enfants dans un pays qu on voulait decouvrir heureusement que le chauffeur est resté un petit moment avec nous pour nous emmener dans un hôtel.

Application to open doors didn't work!!!

The apartment was overall clean, confortable for four people. In walking distance to different attractions, shopping, dinning, etc. One BIG ISSUE. Because of the time of arriving, we got late to teh apartment. We are suppose to use App from the smart phone to open main and apartment entrance. It DID NOT WORK!!! so we have to wait outside of the apartment for over an hour until a nice lady came to open the door around 11 pm. I hope you fix that if inconvenience for future clients.

ㅇ원 무슨 무인시스템이 이렇게 불편하게 절차가 많ㅇ은지..

우라질놈의 체크인 . 주소밖에 없어 체크인 엄청 지랄맞음. 최첨단 무인시스템이 표시하나 없고 전화해서 안내받아야함. 여행일정 중에 이틀이나 체크인땜에 애먹다 시간낭비. 이틀이나 그냥 버렸음. 아이들 어르신 길바닥에서 개고생. 너무 불편함. 보상원해 요청했으나 별 연락없음.
