「The receptionists were awful. They did not even greet me at arrival they just asked me for my passport - no good morning no welcome, it was just awful. They did not clearly explained where my room was (and it is not an easy to navigate hotel!), they did not ask if I needed help, they did not explain anything about the hotel, the services and options. 「They were helpful from the beginning. Breakfast was amazing. The rooftop bar and restaurant was beautiful. The location was great n felt safe. The only little thing I can complain about is all the doors having to use your access to get thru it was annoying sometimes n getting on my floor with it pitch black until I took a few steps didn’t feel very safe. I think those lights should be on all the time for safety. Other than that I loved this place!!!」

A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing.
