Beautiful hotel in the heart of Athens. The check-in front desk, clerk Panos and the general manager were both wonderful, accommodating, and so friendly. We cannot say enough good things about our stay here. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They were incredibly accommodating and genuinely generous in every sense, always checking in to see if we needed anything and making sure everything was just right. We’ve stayed in many places, but never have we had a better experience than this one. The warmth and care from the team made all the difference. This hotel sets the bar. Easy 10 out of 10, we’d come back in a heartbeat.

We arrived early in the morning the room was not ready which we knew that would happen. The front person held our items provided sights to see. It was great plus the room was ready by 12pm. Roof top restaurant had a great view, waiter was pleasant and food great.

Super stay at Pinnacle Athens. Excellent breakfast served and a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. Staff was very friendly and excellent service. Location was great, lots of shopping. We walked back from the Acropolis. They packed us a bag breakfast for very early flight. Beyond expectations!

Check-in at the reception was quick and smooth. Although we arrived early, the staff kindly arranged for us to store our luggage and even delivered it to our room so we could start exploring the city right away. Their hospitality was outstanding. The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk from major attractions. I highly recommend visiting the rooftop in the evening for a panoramic view of the city. We only stayed for one night, but I would absolutely choose this hotel again if we return to Greece.
